I'll bump ya, and say that's a big negatory my friend. Never even owned a Strat hardtail. As a matte of fact I guess the only non-floyd guitars I have besides the 2 basses and the 2 acoustics, are all stop tail...... :dontknow:

This will make the Charvel style strat all the more unique, then.  Pretty high quality bridge IMHO.  Feels solid.

I had thawt about using a 456 bridge on the tele, I've always wanted to try one out. A stop tail with fine tuners, I think would work well with some sperzel locking tuners or Planet waves....
