Sanded through clear to primer

I accidentally sanded through the clear coat and the paint to the primer using 1500 wet as you can see in the pic below.  What should I do?  Mask off and spot spray a new shot of paint and clear?

I would try using a small fine tip paint brush and try touching it up first, then put a couple more coats of clear on the complete body, you can very very lightly sand or steel wool the touch up spot before adding more clear to help smooth out any edges.
