Always one to do things the hard way - I finally got my Zoom R24 working as both an interface and a control surface in Linux. Just got a clearance QX25 because the 49 key was just too big for my desk (and its a big desk), and I wanted a 5-pin out so I don't need to fire up the PC just to play my JV-880. Also - my keyboard skills suck, but they suck less in C And F, so having a handy dandy dedicate transpose instead of burying it under buttons with no menu display (like on my Keyrig 49) was nice. Recording straight from the 11 Rack mostly. (My keyboard skills however still suck to the point where I need to get that hex pickup wired up.)
