This is my first Warmoth build and it was a fun one, so happy I followed through! It's a Cabronita style Telecaster, minus the neck pickup. I was also trying to blend in Gibson SG vibes so went with a mahogany body and neck. The front is a nicely figured roasted swamp ash in honey burst. I wired in a TV Jones classic plus to keep with the Cabronita theme. The single volume knob is a push pull that switches the pickup from normal series to parallel output. I also 3D printed a black output jack bushing to conform to the body and reduce the "butt" from the Electrosocket jack plate. I should also mention from another thread I asked how to make a chrome pickup ring nickel with lots of great advice. I ended up using muriatic acid and lots of polishing to make the pickup ring match.IMG_5940.jpgIMG_5941.jpgIMG_5942.jpgIMG_5943.jpgIMG_5945.jpg

Warmoth did the finish but it's satin Honey Burst on the roasted swamp ash and Transparent Amber on the back.
The satin is gorgeous. I'm making my first go with a roasted swamp ash cap over swamp ash, grain sealed by Warmoth. I'm not a sprayer, so hopefully a wipe on satin poly will get me to something nice.

Nice job!
One classy guitar. I don't usually go for satin finishes, but that was definitely the right call on this one. Excellent.
