Replacing neck screws without doing another setup?

Hello everybody

I built a Stratocaster-style guitar from Warmoth parts and had it set up by a guitar tech, but the four neckplate screws are all scratched up (my fault, not the tech's).

If I replace the screws one by one, do you think it will it be necessary to have another setup done? Or is it likely that the neck alignment / intonation / whatever will stay the same?

If you replace them one by one I would think it unlikely anything is going to shift significantly to be worried about.
