I bought a used warmoth neck, I love it, but the f on the fender is badly printed, smeared and u can see the dots from the printer. I found 1 post on this topic but I wanna make sure I have all the options. How does one remove a decal like this? I do not know the finish.

If there is finish over the top of the decal, you'll probably just have to sand the finish back from the face of the peghead. If the finish is anything other than clear, you may need to sand ALL the finish off the neck as you'll have problems getting any tint/toner coloration to match back up.
If the decal is on TOP of the finish, just soak it down real good and peel/scrape it off carefully with your fingernail
