Recessed Tune-o-matic

So I was wondering.... I've always seen the recessed tune-o-matic with a string through body... But is it possible to do a two piece version? With the stop bar and all?

to have a recessed tune o matic and a stoptail is very very hard to do if I'm not mistaken. the neckangle just wont match up. if you wanna have recessed, you have stringthru. if you wanna have stoptail, you'll get non-recessed. the stringthru is just to make the 'recessed' fit.

recessed might work really well with a Bigsby B5 though, because the normal hold down bar puts a whammy (pun) on the break angle.  Reducing that angle would be a good thing.
