I’m a bit perplexed by this. Vai and May are completely opposites in terms of guitars and their rigs. I can’t figure out what the purpose is. Is S.V. Intending to release a collection of Queen cover songs? I can’t figure what is going on. I think Via should have built a Strato parts guitar instead.

It still makes no sense to me. Seems like it’s more of an ornament than a guitar.

I mean, does it have to make sense? The guy decided he wanted his own version of the Red Special and has the money and pull to make it happen.

The shop seems keen to sell them leveraging the names of 2 celebrity guitarists. Maybe that is what it’s all about. If that’s enough for people to buy them, what else needs to be said? Sorry if I have it all wrong, because I honestly don’t see a point in it.
