preferred posish/wax

I was just going to see what everyones preferences were on the polishes they use.  Just to get some opinions.  In the past i've just used a soft cotton cloth, but now that i've spent 2400 on my Warmoth project i want to keep it in tip top shape.

I use GHS Guitar Gloss.  Works just fine for me.

I use paint thinner, and steel wool made from depleted uranium.  And 200 grit sandpaper.  And a sledgehammer.

Sweat. 

Seriously, I've never polished an electric guitar.  I will wipe it when I change the strings or if it gets spilled on or something.  Do people really polish their electrics that often?

I know many that don't, but I also know many that do, especially if they have corrosive sweat that just eats hardware to no end.

I got a compliment yesterday while playing my TFS6 at church that they were surprised that it was a 11-12 year old guitar, especially with 400+ shows & 1500 + rehearsals on it.  The fret-wear is the most noticeable aspect of its extended use.
