Potential new instrument day. Got an eye on a Gretsch Electomatic double neck steel guitar with case and legs. Circa late 50s to mid 60s. (Don?t have the SN). Going to demo it tomorrow.

Well, how did the demo go? Are you a double-necker today?

Yeppers. Could deal with some electrical work. The near neck is about 6 db quieter than the far. The far necks pot is scratchy. This ok as I dated it, 1955.

No not pedal steel. Double neck console steel. Think pedal steel but no pedals.
