She seems to be hitting the note she's aiming for, it's just an odd target she's going for. I mean that's fine, but she's no Mary Ocher  :guitaristgif:

I genuinely like that, I preferred Oasis when Liam deliberately sang sharp, as being irritating was sorta more interesting than usual 90s indie, I love the way Genesis P Orridge could sound out of tune even when there nothing in tune to be out of tune too.

But I can't understand how a mainstream pop singer can sacrifice pitch for power volume, and still be so highly regarded.

Ha! I love the Killers' original stuff! Love their sound, one of the most perfect, IMO, mix I've heard.
