Polishing Frets

Just amateur leveled some frets and hoping for the best. Also crowned them ( lol, hoping for the best), and now I must polish them. I am not going to use steel wool. I do have some of that graduated fret polishing  'sandpaper" I bought, but here is what I may do, and seeking some confirmation; I would use 'Barkeepers Friend' in a paste, with a Dremel tool with a cloth wheel. I think that might do a great job and fairly quick , of course I would mask off the fretboard with masking tape.
Has anyone done anything of the sort? TY

When it gets down to the polishing stage, I use these...

in combination with this stuff...

Which is "green stainless jewelers metal  polishing rouge"

Chuck the felt wheel into a dremel and run it at slow speed. Press it into the compound to transfer some to the wheel. One load is usually enough for 3-4 frets. 1 wheel gets tore up after about a dozen or so frets, give or take. Don't be afraid to grab a new one - they're cheap.

Note that this won't get rid of filing scratches or anything like that. It's for polishing. You should be up to at least 1200 grit or better on the polishing paper before you start with this stuff.

Also, any sanding/polishing you do should be from side to side, perpendicular to the neck. Running sandpaper/steel wool/etc. up and down parallel to the neck will just make for "noisy" frets during bends/vibrato.
