Can’t get this duplicator to shoot nicely for the metallic

A little hard to tell with the reflection, but it looks like that went down good. That's going to be killer !

Ugh as I look again I spaced the left f hole on edge to vinyl not vinyl to pickups. Terrified to see what happens if I try to lift this vinyl and move it

I would pull it up from the arm cut. The adhesive is probably water based and MAY come off without damaging the blue. Dunno

Will give it a go. At this point if I end up pulling up finish I’m taking a winter hiatus on this project

@Hagwood @Spud you fellas online? What do you think my chances of getting a decent spray of this 2K Spraymax is in ambient temps of 60 degrees… no wind and no humidity concerns.

I haven't used that specific product, but 60 should be perfect for spraying.

I think that's pretty good conditions, and the aerosol Spraymax does go down nicely. Just pay close attention to the flash times between coats. I don't remember them off hand but I think they have the directions on their site. It's not very long, 5-10 mins IIRC. I used it before going to the gun and used one complete can during one application, then waited a few days lightly sanded and used another can. Probably not entirely necessary as one can may be enough. MAKE SURE TO WEAR A REAL RESPIRATOR AND GOGGLES, AND COVER YOURSELF UP ! That stuff is deadly in your lungs.....

Don’t get your hopes up. It fell out of my drying rig during color and I’ve been too shy to share the dmg. This thing is coming a bit pre-relic’d.
