These, like any stereo jack, have a tip, ring, and sleeve. If you visually inspect the parts of the jack that contact the relevant part of the plug, you can then visually see which solder tab corresponds with a solder tab. There are two that correspond with the prongs for either tip or ring, and the other is the sleeve. These are separated by the black insulation wafers.
