Brilliant.  I can't say I'm surprised the movie sucked by the rather narrow criteria you were judging by  - I don't look to mainland China for a lotta boobs in movies - but your review is hilarious, and it's more hilarious that the opening salvo was snatched as a blurb.  Good times.

The film was produced in Hong Kong, though much of the 'talent' comes from China. Don't get me started on how the China market and its restrictions have killed Hong Kong cinema.

The film is pretty lousy by almost any criteria; it just fails especially badly at being a Category III sex film. A much better example of the genre is 33D Invader, which is puerile, simplistic, and much more entertaining.
