paisley tele body options

right, stratosphere is selling allparts paisley body for 400 odd. and normally they have 10% off sales often.

but that body is only in pink.

how good is allparts?

I don't know if its true or not, but this thread on TDPRI claims the All Parts paisley is made by Tokai.  If so, thats great news since Tokai is generally well regarded.  I had  Tokai double bound telecaster back in the 80s that was their actual NAMM showpiece and it was a stunning instrument.  Wish I still had it.

You would think someone competent would be cranking out some paisely bodies as a home business at this point. They are awesome. I always thought a blue paisley strat would be cool. I have found paisley pick guards at a couple of outfits online but that is about it.

If you go over to TDPRI.com, you'll find there are a couple guys cranking out paisleys.  You just gotta know where to look.

Paisley I can live with, the originals NOT Brad Paisley's Bill Crook guitars - in order to make them more "visible" onstage they made each paisel* bigger so there's only about three per guitar, and if I ever wanted a paisley guitar it would be to fondle it close up - what the heck were they thinking? But that blue flower thing looks like it was made with a bathmat or shower curtain, I've never seen wallpaper that ugly at least.
