Paint job question

Does anyone know of a place where i can have like an image painted onto a guitar? like i have the very detailed image and its not something dont by hand, like from a computer.

Well, you can take some fabric of vynil and put a clear coat over it. There are some pretty decent looking finishes out there like that.

You should be able to take it to just about any sign making shop near you that can do full color vinyl printing...

I know someone that took a their white LP and put a custom made vinyl sheet of what they wanted and had it stuck onto his guitar.  Went around the pups and knobs perfectly. Looked pretty awesome too.  He got it from a vinyl fabricating company like one that makes letters and stuff for boats.

This place looks to be pretty good, they have adhesive back full color. You can upload your pic, I did a 15 x 17.5, and it was like $44..

well i want the body to be this picture... its part of a theme...and its not something that could be dont by hand so thanks for the help
p.s. how do i put in  a picture without attaching it as a file

It has to be hosted at some other site to embed an image.  Good luck with your project... are you in a glam metal band or something?

no...not sure what a glam band is but the inlays are gonna be the planet saturn, then on the 12th fret in bold letters is going to spell out saturn, and it its going to be a WGD idk what kind of neck, and idk what else...not sure of the woods but for sure an ebony fretboard

For posting pics, sign up with www.flickr.com or www.photobucket.com  Those are the ones I use, then you can upload pics to their site and copy and paste to the forum..

Originally Glam rock was David Bowie, T.Rex, Mott the Hoople, and their ilk.  Some of those guys did indeed make some interesting music.
