This is a sticker. 

Created from a photoshop graphic, printed, wrapped, then lacquered. 
Make sure the guys doing the wrapping know what they are doing.  It is hard to wrap around tight curves and edges without the material gathering and creating folds. 
Normally they heat it and stretch it in those locations.  If they are not skilled, when stretching the image distorts and you have color fades as it is being heated and pulled.

You should just emulsion your guitar, go down to B&Q, I reckon they will be an offer on or something.
It will be cheaper too.
