They've been making them for a while, but they are made in Korea, at least the cheaper ones are. Charvel does make some custom shop ones, but they ain't cheap...SustainerPlayer said:

Which country it is made in has less impact on quality than the actual quality control performed. Gibson is made in the USA - and I'm not impressed.
