How are you applying applying the shellac - french polishing?

It's looking really good.

With the shellac I spray a thin coat, let dry over night, then sand, then wipe down with denatured alcohol, then sand more. The shellac is super thin.. I just like a nice hard sealer before the nitro..

two coats of shellac as a sealer is done now on to the sanding sealer,

one coat of sanding sealer sanded to 150

after this she was sanded to 220 then sprayed with a second coat of sanding sealer...will get sanded tonight to 220

Thats how they come, makes it easier to fit in the rout. The neck will cover the empty spot.
