I just got 2 new videos up on Youtube,

Green Onions which I recorded on my new Hammond M3 the day I got it, and

A little surprise I did up for my uncle (the guitarist). He lives overseas in southern Africa. He posted this video on facebook, so I pulled it off, recorded alongside his audio playing on my Hammond B3, and re-uploaded it.

Ya, I like the second one too. It took me a while to figure out how to get the video off the web and workable to play along with, but I also really wanted to do it.
I really love jamming with my uncle when he is stateside . . . he's a really solid guitarist in a jam setting. I guess this was my way of letting him know how much
I enjoy his music . . .

I like the way he changed tempo especially. Took me a couple listens to figure it out, but once I did, playing along was really fun.

Very cool--the M3 looks great and sounds like a dream. I do have to ask though--how heavy is your model?  I have an L122 from the early sixties and it weighs a ton!

let me put it this way . . . it's not as heavy as my B3, which two people can carry if they know what they're doing.  :occasion14: it's light enough that two guys can carry it if they don't know what they're doing.  :blob7:  :cool01:  that's the best way to describe the difference.  :icon_thumright: (so it's around 250-300lb, I think . . .  :tard: )

just looked it up . . . weighs in at just under 250lb. (My B3 is 450, so the M is comparably light.) I plan to "Chop" it (i.e. build a rugged road case for it), which should loose maybe another 50lb or so . . . yea.
