New VW makes for a nice pair!

Just finished up this Vee Dub from parts I have had laying around for a couple years.  Got the body and neck off of eBay at a great price.

Body is flat top mahogany with a flame Koa top finished in tobacco burst.
Neck is 24.75 scale Wenge/Jet Black Ebony w/Boatneck contour
Pickups are Rio Grande TX/BBQ
Guitar plays and sounds great!

The VW in back is my Carved top Mahogany/Quilt Maple that I build several years ago.
Has 24.75 scale wenge/jet black ebony neck
Pickups are Bare Knuckle Riff Raff set.

Looks nice. The bare knuckle pickups sound good from what I've heard, but expensive on this side of the pond.

They are not to bad if you order them from the BKP website.  They knock the VAT off so the price is pretty reasonable.
