New Swamp Tele

Here we go with another Blackguard Tele.  Single piece swamp ash body 3.11oz.  Quarter sawn maple strait grain 1 5/8 vintage modern, 59 roundback, 6100 frets.  I know I'm boring you with the Blackguards but wait till Jackthehack sees the amp  this one is going with.   :icon_tongue:

I'm sure it will be very cool Tonar, you can't have enough blackguard vintage teles.

How much of a difference would you say the one piece body makes to tone?

This is EXACTLY (well, I want the neck birdseye) what I will be building this winter.

But I'm *gulp* going to build the body myself. Wish me luck, it'll be my first.

How's this one going to be finished? A standard butterscotch (or perhaps natural)>?

Hell yeah man. build that body! you cant go wrong building it yourself. so good luck, not that you'll need it. also tonar sweet one piece. go butterscotch, if you want that is..

Nice looking classic Tele parts.  I think everyone here knows that Tonar will  class this thing up no matter what he's thinking of doing with this one!  I agree that there can't be enough of these floating around in this world!  Can't wait to see the next installment of the amp porn, too. :hello2:

I think it's great how much the coloring on both pieces are matched so well. Pure natural coats would look sooo the good!

Yea, I was thinking it is about time to replace that thing but it has so much history it's hard to leave behind.
