Funny, I was going to say Ziricote but for some reason I had it in my head you already had a Ziricote neck and might not want another. But, the darker is the way to go, like that or the Wenge rather than the Canary. Need something to contrast all that shiny.

just as a note, the pickguard "screw" holes are tapped for 4-40 machine screws and all the other part needs are consistent with 1994 Fender, i.e. an American Standard bridge. The neck mount is one solid block of aluminum, and you're kinda stuck with either standard #8 wood screws or if you're doing the insert thing, 8-32 machine screws. My "insert thing" revolves around 10-24 screws, and I'm pretty, pretty sure it's not a good idea to hog out the holes on one of these babies.

Well, if last week was last week. then this week is this week, assuming you're hewing somewhat close to that "linearity" stuff... you're, umm, not one of those fellows who sent $2,000 to "Spruce Hill Music", which sort of seems to depend on who is claiming to BE "Spruce Hill Music" this year? Here on the East Coast I could probably rev up Icepick Vinnie for you, but with the antiquity of my Minnesota connections it might devolve to Ice-axe Sven, unless the PCP finally won the war. But you want to be sure you've got those Viking beserkers aimed in the right direction before you flick the switch, so to speak.
