Gorgeous body! Don't often see mahogany like that. Somebody ought to be docked a week's pay for cutting that F-hole in it. But, it's going to be just fine. It's much too pretty to let a pointless F-hole get in the way of a long and prosperous life.

Damn. I didn't realize that was a "rare" body. There's been one just like that up on Craig's List for about a year and a half with a 5A quilted maple top over mahogany and included a Gotoh 510 bridge. Guy kept lowering his price more and more, and it was amazing that it wouldn't sell. But, he wouldn't ship it anywhere - you had to come get it - and he lived way in the hell out in the tiddlywads. Problem with the thing was he'd tried to finish it himself, and to put it kindly, he wasn't successful. Still, $200 in the box, out the door. I just checked, and it's finally gone. Should've jumped on it.
