This one you wouldn't find, but I've found many abbreviations (IIRC, IMHO, LMAO, etc) on Urban Dictionary.com or Dictionary.com...

Dictionary.com is more like a serious dictionary while

Asking the Urban Dictionary the meaning of an English word is kind of like asking Max Cavalera how to say something in Portuguese...

Some abbrev. are on the formal, but a lot more has to go to the urban
