New here and just ordered body and neck

Hey there - this is my first post.  Last weekend I spent a few hours choosing my ultimate bass.  On sunday I ordered an Alder body Iceman 5 with Quilted maple top and a Bengal Burst finish.  I got it routed for jazz pickups and V-V-T.  I also ordered a 24 fret Warmoth Deluxe 5 maple neck with Rosewood fingerboard and blood red dots.  I'm going wider spacing on it with gibson style fret wire and a black corrian nut.  I'm really psyched and will post pix when they get here.  Thanks!

Damn I didn't realize how hard it is to find a gold Badass V bridge!  Any help?  ???

Here? Actually, there are a lotta sources listed here. Seems to be a fairly common part.

Seems that way but if you go deeper, everyone is out of stock.  Believe me I did all that before I posted.  There's a couple chrome ones on ebay but no gold.  Thanks for the reply tho.

Are you looking for a Bassass V specifically, or just a bridge that will fit that route?  If the former, you're likely SOL - as noted on the best bass gear page, Leo Quan stuff is in short supply. There are lots of bridges that will sit over the mounting holes, but for a direct fit to the 6 hole mounting pattern for the Badass V, your best bet is this:

From here, though this one is the same thing very similar (still looks to have the same 6 hole mounting pattern).

Thanks man. I have a little time before my body/neck get here so I'll watch ebay for one and maybe I'll get a chrome one and powdercoat it myself.  I may get that one you posted though.

Welcome XSSpeed! Im pretty new here as well and in the same boat as you: I placed my first order on 5/22 and I'm impatiently waiting for it to get here! Good luck on the build and I look forward to seeing pics...bengal burst is beautiful!
