New 7/8 S on the way!

this is from the Strat body builder, but it will look close to this. The neck is the one i'm getting from the Showcase. It will have a Screamin' Demon bridge p'up, and SSL-2 Vintage Flat Poles for neck and middle. Neck has stainless 6150 frets. The thing should sound killer. Can't wait to get it built. I just ordered everything today.

I love the one I have so far. The smaller body makes for great comfort standing, and the Gibson scale length lets me reach more of those "impossible' jazz type chords (now I can play both of the ones I know, LOL). I also find the more compact package very visually appealing. Here is my first one:

That is a slick looking pair for sure. I like how they both have the black hardware but the body finishes make them unique. Ha some of those jazz chords are near impossible. A short scale just might find her way onto a future build  :toothy11:
