Concerning the Warmoth vintage Telecaster neck, anybody have the neck width (not thickness) at the 1st and 12th frets?

That will be depend on nut width. "Vintage" is the construction type — single-action truss rod adjusted at heel; one piece necks available; 7.25: radius available, etc.. You can still select modern features, and pick from a 1-5/8" (1.625"); 1.65"; or 1-11/16 (1.6875") nut width.
"Officially", old Fenders were 1-5/8" and old Gibsons were 1-11/16" (many mid-'60s Gibsons were 1-9/16"), but since they were all shaped by hand, they varied greatly from neck to neck. Going by the Blackguard Book, 1950-1954 Teles from 1.60" to 1.69".
I did not plan on this post being purely on averages, but I haved search my office, garage and basement for my digital calipers and I can't find were my teen has put them. As soon as I find it, I'll give exact measurements from my Warmoth 1-5/8" neck.

Guitar necks are kind like isocolese trapezoids, so get yourself a nice graphing calculator and plug in some numbers. solve for the base. Math is your friend unlike my friend todd who put red paper flakes in my vanilla ice cream and called them spice sprinkles

Yeah, none of those links helped. I need the measurements for a spreadsheet which generates a CNC file for a puck used in a DIY neck shaping jig. I have two Warmoth bodies, one is modern and one is vintage. The neck I'm going to build for my poplar body (the vintage one) is going to have the smaller vintage nut.

No problem. I suspect that if you're setting up for CNC you might want to add an amount that I'll refer to by the technical term 'a bit' to allow for sanding.
Even Warmoth's extremely consistent output varies due to passing through human hands - eg I have a couple of their necks here - one gloss finished and the other unfinished roasted maple - and, guess what, the heel on the finished one is actually 'a bit' smaller than the unfinished one. Who'da thunk it?
