need jazzmaster finish ideas!!!

So I'm going to make a jazzmaster soon and I wanted a finish/ pickguard combo that go well with each other but also look really unique and at the same time classy. My current idea is gold top gold with a tortoise pickguard but I don't know if I'm really feeling that anymore. Pics and ideas would be greatly appreciated

Goldtop with a single ply white pickguard would look good on a Jazzmaster, and it's not common.

I'd do a search if I were you. Then a thread if you can't find anything.

Those stew mac knobs won't work as well. Maybe gold bell knobs would. I looked for a long time to find white knobs like you posted, and when I found them, they didn't look as good as I expected.
