Neck Options Opinions Wanted

I have a rear routed Jazzmaster body, and am considering a "Warmoth" peghead shape instead of the traditional Fender "Strat/Jazzmaster" pegged.  Any thoughts as to how this combination might look (noting the lack of a traditional Jazzmaster pickguard)?

go for it. a non traditional JM would look great with a W headstock!

Yes, you probably could, although aesthetically they would not be quite right.  That said, I do have that second body that's looking for a neck, too...

I saw a used Warmoth Jazzmaster body with a Warmoth headstock in a guitar shop not long ago (had no cash, or that sucka would be at MY house now) and it looked awesome.  Also, if you want to get rid of the PW tuners so you can go with the W headstock, I maybe could take them off your hands... I need to buy tuners for my tele.
