Neck Numbers

What do the numbers on the end of the neck signify?  Some are had written others are stamped?  382, 239, 660, 67, 950 just a few I'm looking at right now.

All I've ever seen on my necks is a written 1.xxx which would appear to be weight and a fret indication like SS6105

One set are production numbers that are used temporarily. Another set of numbers are the nut width while another set is the fret size.
