Being ANYWHERE near that booth would've been Migraine City! Just walking past the cymbals stands briskly would have set a chain reaction of 6 or 7 cymbals going off...  :help:

Actually the drums were really nothing compared to the fact that everywhere you went you could hear at least 3 f*****g bass guitars. I'm sure it was a great place for trying out bass stuff, but it was completely pointless trying to evaluate the sound of anything for guitar, because you'd strum a chord and all you could hear was "dumm dumm dudumm dumm di dumm dumm dummmmmm" coming from 3 booths away.

That last comment reminds me of the old joke:

This man is on safari in the jungles of Africa. The jungle is dense, so they never get sight of them but everywhere they go drums are playing in the background. The drums start to annoy him, so he asks his guide "Don't these drums ever stop?" The guide gets a terrified look on his face, and just says "NO! The drums must never stop!" Over the next few days, he asks again, and each time, gets the same response. Finally he can't take it any longer, and he says "Why can't the drums ever stop????"

The guide responds, "If the drums stop, there will be a bass solo."

Thanks a ton!! Sorry, just saw these today....  :toothy12: Wow! I'm seeing a lot of unlathed "crusty" cymbals as well as ozones... Those all look fantastic!
