my collaboration album with a friend is released!!

"My mind has always been my Achilles' heel!" is now released!​

This is a project I started 3 months ago in March. This album is a collaboration between myself and a Birmingham musician by the name of Justin Turberville.

Justin had a solo album he released in May of 2011 that was just him on drums, guitar, and vocals. Earlier this year, he made a post on fb saying he wanted someone to put bass on it. When I approached him about it, he told me that he wanted me to do whatever I wanted with it. I ended up creating bass parts using different tones on all 8 tracks, putting down some guitar in places, background vocals, then I mixed it all and mastered it, as well.

Seriously cool dude.  Love the vibe and the raw sound.  Breath of fresh air really.  I miss the days when music was real....sigh
