Just got the body.

Holy.  Crap.

This is one amazing piece of work!  I spent about 10 minutes just looking at it.

Then I started installing the bender bits.  I'll have more of an update later, but I'll just say that it's going together fairly well.

BTW - Tonar - I spent about a minute and a half looking for the 'spot'.  You are too hard on yourself!

That's a great reference.  Thanks for posting.  I wanted to do a swirl finish on a guitar pedal enclosure sometime soon.

With this and the 12-string you now have guitars on the two opposite ends of gloss.

Make sure to pre-drill the pickguard screws, you don't want the cool look of the acrylic guard spoiled by little paint chips.
