Heh.  I wear mine on the right hand as well.  It fits better *and* doesn't get in the way of playing the bass.  :toothy11:

Baskruit, may you and your wife enjoy many happy years of marriage together.

Yeah, I learned that it isn't set in stone on which hand you have your ring and it's exactly the reason why I chose to wear it right. It won't be in the way when playing bass.

Thanks for all the best wishes!

Actually, it is set in stone. The wedding band is supposed to be worn on the fourth finger of the left hand, with the thumb being counted as the first. The belief was that there is a vein in that finger that leads to the heart. Now, there are some German customs where it is worn on the middle finger of the right hand.

oh, and congrats to the new couple

Congrats, man.  Don't let any cynics get you down.  Life is worth living, people are worth loving and trusting, and you absolutely will get hurt by people over the years.  It's not worth worrying about, and unless you own a company that employs many people who depend on your leadership, pre-nups are silly (in my eyes).  I don't own a single thing that I wouldn't risk losing in love, and that includes all my guitars.  Every last one.  I'd rather be a fool in this than be anything else.
