I just bought a Schaller Ghost loaded TOM bridge. I wanted to put it in my new Warmoth body that's drilled for a TOM. But the bushings that came with the Schaller are too small for the body. Apparently they are drilled for Gotoh bushings, which are larger. I was thinking about just buying a Gotoh bridge and using the bushings and studs but the Schaller holes are 4mm, and the Gotoh studs are 6mm.

Does anyone know of some bushings/studs that I can buy that will work with the larger mounting hole in the body and the 4mm holes on my bridge?

I'd prefer to just buy the bushings and studs, than a whole new bridge but I'll do it if I have too.

Thanks!

Have you tried Stew Mac?
I was just looking at studs there & Schaller appear to be larger than some Gotoh.
But then you probably get into thread size problems.
Hope it helps.

I may have an extra set of Gotoh ones that I don't need. I'll check tomorrow. Can't do it right now.

I emailed Stew Mac earlier today, All Parts told me that they sell conversion bushings- but I don't see them on their website.  I'm half tempted to try to enlarge the hole on my bridge, but I really don't want to jack it up

Hey B4 you start redrilling holes give me some time so look through my Fav sites. I know I've seen conversion bushings for sale but can't find them right now.

Sorry. Looks like I'm just blowing smoke. I found the sites I was thinking of but don't really know if they can help.
I don't know enough about the size you got & size you need.
All parts does have conversions but not very specific about the dimensions & specs.

GPR is better, maybe, but looks mostly about Gibson type ABR conversions & I'm not sure  they will help

I see Schallers standard answer is "Fill & re-drill" so maybe that is your best solution afterall.

Thanks for looking but I found some!
$25 bucks instead of risking a $100 bridge.
