I still think a great video would be the Aaron going to see where the alder comes from, or maybe one of these local lam-tops, and following it from the forest to the store room. I know there's a video that goes from the store room to production, so that part's covered, but it would be cool to see it to the point where it's shipped out. Don't worry, I'll spin some more video ideas. Probably going to Africa to a Wenge forest might be too expensive, but going down Mexico for some exotic hard woods would be cool.

Just to check, these are 20 unique pieces correct? Not like a few of each name? If they are unique, what happens if 2 people ordered the the same body (I'd imagine this is possible if both are configuring the body at the same time and process the order within a few minutes of each other, before the web system could be updated and marked as sold)?

I'd say the chance is pretty slim. I got robbed out of one of the Burl Fusion Meadowhawks while trying my best to get through the checkout process as fast as humanly possible.

Selling unique pieces is just another Tuesday for us. The entire in-stock showcase is one-offs.

I'd say the chance is pretty slim. I got robbed out of one of the Burl Fusion Meadowhawks while trying my best to get through the checkout process as fast as humanly possible.

We have all kinds of safeguards to prevent double-selling, and the vast majority of the time it works. Nevertheless, it does happen occaissionally. There are just too many unexpected customer actions, website glitches, and weird scenarios to wrangle them all without fail, but generally speaking things cannot be double sold.

But one of them I got, so I’m wondering why someone thought they got the same as me. These are all one-of-a-kind. As is everything you see as a "showcase" item. That's the beauty of buying from the showcase for me. I know that the product I am going to receive is exactly the product I ordered.

There were 20 pieces, each as unique as a fingerprint. Each one also had a unique name. You will get the exact one you ordered.
