Today, the tung oil is dry - I sanded the crap out of the body - it was nice as delivered. But, I wanted to "dehorn" it as they say in the custom pistol industry. Essentially, I rounded off all the "lines" to give it a nice smooth rounded feel.

Another kinda shows how the figuring changes (it has depth) the grain is a flame. It is AWESOME! I've seen some of the korina bodied in the showcase, and some have sort of a "mismatched" pattern. But, this is an excellent piece. The grain is fairly uniform and has great figure.
