thanks guys... Here's the specs on it:
It's a Paul Ferro top from the unique choice section.
Mahogany hollow body and standard thin mahogany neck with maccassar ebony fretboard (also from unique choice).
warmoth head with ebony veneer.
all satin finish. Feels amazing!!!
Tele control knob positions.
it will have a brushed chrome Wilkie bridge, chrome push-pull tele knobs for coil splits. SD Pearly Gates in neck, Dimarzio Area 58 in Mid, SD Jazz in neck. Chrome pickup rings around the humbuckers. and schaller minis in chrome.
Warmoth did an amazing job with this. It is exactly as I pictured in my head for 13.5 weeks. Actually, it's better than I could have imagined.
That is just drop dead gorgeous!
What are you planning to do with the F-hole? The discussion played here a while ago whether to leave them as-is or to paint the interior. Looking at this body I'd be tempted to suggest painting it dark brown - but maybe it's just the flash reflecting and it looks darker in reality...
