I have always sort of loved Joan Jett.  First with the Runaways, then on her own.  She makes pop music no doubt, but its always a little bit authentic too.

I've always liked her.  I always saw her as a true, authentic rock n roller, and nobody, male or female, has that stage "attitude" that she does.

I'm not huge on her music, but she's a badass, nonetheless.  :headbang1:
