Who knows anything about dpdt bypass wiring? I want to have a two way selector with the same output. I am using a 6 terminal dpdt. Essentially, two inputs, using the switch to choose between the inputs with the singular output? If you're curious I'm wiring a double neck guitar with two dpdt two way switch.

Im posting this for a friend who doesnt have internet access right now, I told him this forum is GREAT and could probably help! Idk much more information than that, so sorry if its too vague! D:

Sounds like you just want this:

Assuming the switch you have is normal DPDT On-On, which works like the one in the top left here:

If you have a multimeter, you can put it on the continuity setting and check which terminals are connected in which switch positions.

In case anyone comes across this in a search. This page has many wiring diagrams for bypasses for two and 3 PU guitars. Single vol and tone to 4 pot guitars. Nice clear diagrams.
