Just finished the latest Warmoth. Inca silver, swamp ash JM body with maple JM neck. Jumbo frets, Wilkinson, Sperzals, Dimarzio DLX Plus neck and P-90 Super distortion bridge.

Push Pull 500k volume pot splits the neck PU. 500k CTS tone pot, .22uF Vitamin T cap. The soapbars weren't as easy a fit into the JM pickup routes as I had hoped. I ended up having to glue some "ears" for the mounting screws, but it seems to have worked. Also the SD isn't trem spaced so the poles don't line up so great with the strings, but it sounds fine so it's more an aesthetics thing. I forgot how much I liked super distortions. I call her the jazzmaster of puppets

and with her Inca sisters (good example of how tru oil darkens with age. the Strat is about 2 years old, the tele a few months)

nice! i love the DLX i have in the neck of my strat. great clean tones. i wouldn't know it wasn't a true singlecoil p90 if i just heard it and couldn't see it. beautiful guitar all around!

Very cool minageatois.... :icon_thumright:

What's the explorer just over the shoulder of the  Jazzy... :dontknow:

Thanks guys- I'm forcing myself to do a different color next time as I'm getting a little too adicted to the Incas. .

Agreed, I had no idea what I was in for with the DLX, but the price was right. I love it, splitting it works quite nicely too

It's an old Dean Euro Custom Korina that UPS was nice enough to break the neck off of. The neck reset quite nicely as it broke right at the joint, but I only filled and smoothed all the finish cracks since I'm not ready to go to war with the thick poly for a refin

I love it! I have a silver sparkly Jazzmaster and I've been thinking about adding a pick guard, but couldn't decide on the color. Simple and black might be the way to go...that looks very sharp.

Now you need a Les Paul an SG and Explorer in Gold tops... :icon_thumright:

That would be cool- sounds expensive though.

Although I do have a good start

That guitar looks different...
IIRC, Gibson never used humbuckers and full-gold on the same guitar. Have any more info on that?

90-92 Les Paul classics were available "all gold" There are a few out there but not many.
