Iceman body warning - 1/2" deep panel jack

If you order an Iceman body, don't try the 1/2 jack hole on the side, thinking you can use the deep panel jack. They drill the hole so close to the tone pot hole that it won't work - they will be in each other's way. And I believe you need a 3/4" or bigger hole to use a regular jack. Just an FYI.

I've been travelling the world, trying to find a witch or shaman to break my guitar curse. I was not successful

seriously though I've been avoiding guitar websites, trying to avoid temptation and save some money... but I recently bought an unfinished iceman body because I had the bright idea to recreate my old guitar that I loved from my teen years. I just thought I should alert people to this jack situation, as unlikely as it is that it would happen to anyone else. Someone may search for "iceman" in the future and find it. Who knows?
