How to order quarter sawn roasted maple neck?

Hi,
Does anyone know how to order quarter sawn roasted maple necks? The dropdown menu only lets me choose one or the other - not both.
Does anybody have any experience with these options?

I live in Australia; do you think an email will work?
They have a post saying 4-5 day turnaround for email response !

Of course they will answer your email.  They are in business to sell you a guitar neck.  So it takes time.  You’re  lucky you got email.  I remember the days when you’d write a letter.  You’ll be fine.  When I was in oz at the end of 2019 t mobile charged me 25 cents a minute to call the USA.  If you have a dollar and a quarter you can get your answer tout suite otherwise it’s email.  Cheers mate.
