Ha ha, yeah, I think Superlizard has a set up too, where he has a similar 'outdoor table used as a workstation' like I have!  A lot of office desks and the like really don;t ahve a big enough table top, or are flimsy and won't take the weight of the dual screens and the rack gear. You seem to have 'MOAR GEAR' than me tho. Is that what they call 'rack envy', lol.. :laughing7:

ATM I only have a Shure SM58 for vox, but looking at the Neumann TLM 102 which apparently is getting good reviews as a home studio mike. Not that I wanna lay down vox any time soon.......

This week I have been home on leave, mostly so I can watch some World Cup matches and have abreak!

But I have been busy over the last 6 -12 months gathering some gear and have been able to assemble a new studio set up...

....although... I have a problem with the 2nd screen. The HDMI cable ain't working and I have emailed my workmate who built this PC asking for some educated guess as to why. My guess is the cable I bought is non-compatible. Hopefully the socket itself won't be the problem as that would mean a new video card. Presently running via D-Sub on 2nd screen and that's OK for now.

The dual screen problem has been fixed by going to the video card on screen Control Panel and getting the 2nd screen to recognise the HDMI input. So both screen displays now coming through on digital -    nice..  :glasses9:
