Ground 3 way switch too?

I'm rewiring my Jackson Dinky with new pots three way switch and new wiring, I'm also changing the tone knob into a volume for the neck pickup.  Do I need to ground the 3 way too?  I pulled the old stuff out and forgot to look to see if it's grounded to the back of the pot as well?

If you're referring to a 3-way Fender style blade switch, those are typically never grounded. If using a Gibson style 3-way toggle, the lug on the opposite side of the pickups/hot output lugs is typically grounded.

Indirectly, they usually are.  Either by the Tele control plate or having shielding material between it and the body going to ground somewhere.

How many threads have you seen in this or other forums about a jack and pots mounted on a metal control plate like a J-Bass, Mustang, or Jaguar?  They can't figure out how it works because there's no ground wire on the jack.

This will be a blade style switch, so it appears the two volume hot's will enter the switch and then exit out to the hot on the jack?  I'm assuming I should be able to turn on both pickups in the middle position with this setup?  My hope is I can blend the pickups or turn off the neck so I can do some kill switch type stuff as well.
