gotoh side adjuster problem... HELP!!!

hey everyone. sorry if this has been posted but i did a search and couldnt find anything.

the side adjuster on one of my necks is protruding slightly and wont go back in. it seems to be seated firmly in place but feels like it's spinning freely. not sure how it came out but wondering if i can get it flush again.

any help is greatly appreciated. thanks!!

:sign13: Might have to take the neck off and do a 'side-adjust-reset' from the beginning.
