Hi
Today :blob7:  I received 2 x Scartozi's 6 hole Trem replacement bridges.

Opened up the parcel and started laughing ……  :laughing3:  :laughing7:
Only because they looked like they we're wrapped up in Toilet Paper. So thats what American Toilet paper looks like. :icon_scratch:
(same time got Dougies neckplates too) thanks guys.  :icon_thumright:

1st up I must say that both Adam and Doug are very professional with replies and at what they do.
Their correspondence is 1st class indeed, I just order things from anywhere and never hassle that person for 'where the hell is it'
My Motto is 'when it's ready it's ready'

Adam has emailed me many times though out the process ie: pic's as it went along etc.
Kept me fully informed all the way !!
As too with Doug.

I take my hat off to you both …….

I can highly recommend both Adam and Doug.  :icon_thumright: :icon_thumright:
Is a pleasure to send $$$$$ and to do business with the BOTH of them.
If they lived a bit closer, I'd be buying them a few beers, thats for sure.  :headbang:

Anyway, these I have here are different than the one you have seen of Cageys …..  :icon_scratch: where is that one anyway ?
These replace a 6 hole vintage tremolo.

Was thinking of putting 1 on this …… http://www.unofficialwarmoth.com/index.php?topic=17680.0

The other on one thats just out of the box ...... Oppps  gotta take some pic's of that one...... Stay tuned  :icon_biggrin:

Thanks Adam & Doug  :icon_biggrin:

Oh ... by the way, I'm very very very happy with the finished products  :blob7: :blob7: :blob7: :blob7:

Here's what is really just out of the box …  :toothy10:

High Grade Flame Maple Top
Chambered Swamp Ash
Contoured Heel
Natural Masked Binding
Purple Dye, Top
Transparent Purple, Back

Will be having the Wenge / Wenge Neck that I bought for this one.

Have no real need (at the moment) for the Alpine White Tele Deluxe body.

Something about Purple and Wenge, they seem to blend well together.  :glasses9:
More than likely be putting a GK-3 into this.  :icon_biggrin:

Hahahaha.....that's a paper towel......although toilet paper would be nice and soft too  :toothy12:

I'm glad you like them :icon_thumright:

:headbang:

I have a flamed purple dye tele coming!  Yours is so beautiful!  Making me excited from mine.

So do you put the trem block and springs in the back and everything as if it was a trem bridge?  This seems kinda cool to convert a guitar to hardtail.

Oh and yeah both of those guitars are hot, I'm jealous  :o

Yip, I believe that's the methodology. I believe Adam locked his down somehow, but to I wouldn't try to use it as a trem. One there's no arm, and two, there's no angle in front under the 6 holes.

Updown, thanks for the props, glad you like the bridges and the plates. Those are gonna be some killer geetars.. Next time I'll wrap yours in toilet paper... :laughing11:

Thanks all ...

So do they not have paper towel in Australia?  :icon_scratch: Or is there some type of venomous creature you use to dry your hands... :laughing8:

Those were wrapped in Bounty paper towels....the super picker upper :laughing7: the reason I chose a paper towel is so you would have something to wipe up the drool with after you were looking at all your new stuff. :toothy12:

Tempest: if you have any questions about installation please PM me. The bridge is designed to be a direct replacement, you use your saddles and attach the trem block as you normally would. The only modification is to the pickgaurd.....if you have one. I recently made a new super thick trem block that doesn't require the use of the springs.....creating a "free floating" block.

That looks really nice.

I'd be curious to see the back in the trem cavity.

Have you done a tone test with it?  Any noticeable differences that stick out to ya?

Nice! I like it! Helps that poor thing out, too, so it has some unique qualities to it <grin>

That looks AWSOME!  :icon_biggrin: :toothy12:

Definitely blends in well with the Roland pickup :icon_thumright:

More pics please :cool01:
