Gecko Wide 5

After many delays, I finally got around to (mostly) finishing this bass.  I found it in one of the Guitar Centers near work, and I stole it for about $450 including the custom case. It still needs a final setup, strap locks, and pickup adjustments, but its playable. I originally was just going to refinish the body this came with, but decided to replace everything except the neck.

Neck:
Used Gecko Wide 5
Wenge/bubinga neck with Macassar (?) ebony fretboard w/Gecko inlay
Unknown size (feel very small) nickel/silver frets
Graphtech nut
Chrome gotoh tuners

Body:
Korina (not BK, just plain) Gecko Wide 5
Wax finish
Nordstrand Big Single
Nordstrand Big Man
Nordstrand 3B-4b preamp
Hipshot A string-thru bridge.

Controls:
Stacked master volume/passive tone
Blend
Mid with push/pull between to frequencies
Stacked bass/treble
Parallel/single/series switch for Big Man (aligned vertically)
Active/passive toggle (aligned horizontally)

I've always liked that design, and yours is a fine example. If I were to play bass, that's what I'd want.
